Food Ingredients You Should Avoid

The following is a suggested list of food ingredients that should be avoided. The cumulative effect of many of these chemicals and additives have not been studied long-term, yet a general consensus amongst most alternative healthcare professionals indicates these ingredients produce bodily harm & toxicity. Keep in mind, the FDA doesn't require food manufacturers to list all of their ingredients if there are small enough amounts.

Common Food Ingredients Avoidance List:

Hydrogenated Fats/Oils (aka: trans fats)
Partially Hydrogenated Oils
MSG ( Monosodium Glutamate)
White Flour (Bleached Flour/ White Bread)
Sucralose (aka Splenda)
Aspartame/ Nutrasweet
Nitrates/ Nitrites
Dairy/Homogenized Milk
Carageenan
Soy, Soy Milk (strong estrogen affect, particularly women)
Red Dye #40 (thyroid suppressant)
High Fructose Corn Syrup
Canola Oil
Vegetable Oil
Margarine/ Butter imitators
Natural Flavors (?) -this one should make you think


Also avoid long lists of ingredients with chemical names you can't pronounce...
